At SIWEEP, we design performance hardware to excel under pressure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our structured return policy provides a transparent, secure matrix for processing your operational return requests, structural replacements, or financial refunds.
1. Eligibility Window Under Return Policy
To qualify for a comprehensive evaluation under the standard return policy, all items must be dispatched back to our global fulfillment centers within 30 days from the original delivery timestamp. Products must remain in unexecuted, factory-sealed condition with all protective materials intact.
2. Return Execution Workflow
Before shipping any consignment back, users must contact our support desk to secure an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) ticket. Packages returned to our distribution hubs without an authenticated RMA identifier will be rejected at entry.
3. Return Freight & Shipping Liabilities
Unless a hardware asset exhibits verified manufacturing defects upon unboxing, all return transit fees remain the financial obligation of the purchaser. All reverse logistics operations are bound by the standard tracking requirements mapped out in our Shipping Policy.
4. Processing Timelines for Financial Refunds
Once your return parcel arrives and completes our technical inspection protocol, we will process your financial clearance within 5–7 business days. Funds will be issued directly to your original gateway choice (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). Note that bank clearing intervals may introduce independent delays.
5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your device arrives exhibiting structural flaws or cross-border logistics damage, submit digital proof to our customer experience team immediately. Certified defects are eligible for priority factory replacements or full credit, completely exempt from restocking friction.
6. Abuse of Commercial Policy Frameworks
SIWEEP regularly audits return frequency metrics. Serial return exploitation, fraud indicators, or malicious chargeback attempts will result in immediate profile suspension and purchase restrictions under the legal guidelines stated in our Terms of Service.
