At SIWEEP, we are committed to providing reliable industrial ultrasonic cleaning equipment built for long-term performance. Every product is manufactured using high-quality components and undergoes strict quality inspections before shipment.
This Limited Warranty outlines the coverage, exclusions, and claim process for SIWEEP products.
Limited Warranty Coverage
SIWEEP warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal installation, operation, and maintenance during the applicable warranty period.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the following warranty periods apply.

The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What Is Covered
During the warranty period, SIWEEP will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair defective components
- Replace defective parts
- Replace the entire product when repair is not practical
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support
Replacement parts may be new or refurbished but will meet the same functional specifications as the original components.
Lifetime Technical Support
Even after the warranty period expires, SIWEEP continues to provide lifetime technical support.
Customers may contact our technical team for:
- Installation assistance
- Product operation guidance
- Troubleshooting
- Maintenance recommendations
- Replacement part identification
Replacement parts outside the warranty period may be purchased at reasonable cost.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover failures or damage resulting from:
- Improper installation
- Incorrect electrical connection or unsuitable power supply
- Operation outside the specified operating conditions
- Dry running without sufficient cleaning solution
- Use of corrosive chemicals not recommended for ultrasonic cleaning
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Accidental damage
- Abuse, misuse, or neglect
- Fire, flooding, lightning, earthquakes, or other natural disasters
- Commercial misuse beyond the equipment’s intended design
- Normal cosmetic wear including scratches, dents, discoloration, or surface marks
- Consumable items including fuses, seals, gaskets, filters, and other wear items
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
If the package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photographs of the package and product.
- Keep all original packaging materials.
- Contact SIWEEP within 48 hours of delivery.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve shipping-related damage as quickly as possible.
Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, please provide:
- Order number
- Product model
- Serial number (if applicable)
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem
Our technical team may perform remote troubleshooting before authorizing repair or replacement.
Most warranty requests receive an initial response within 1–2 business days.
Return of Products
In some cases, SIWEEP may request that the product or defective component be returned for inspection.
If a return is required:
- SIWEEP will provide return instructions.
- Returned products must be securely packaged.
- Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Shipping Responsibilities
For approved warranty claims:
- SIWEEP will cover the cost of replacement parts shipped to the customer.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping of the original product unless otherwise agreed.
- International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes.
Replacement Parts Availability
SIWEEP maintains an inventory of commonly used replacement parts to help minimize equipment downtime.
Depending on product availability, replacement parts may include:
- Ultrasonic transducers
- Ultrasonic generators
- Heating elements
- Digital control boards
- Cooling fans
- Power switches
- Sensors
- Power cables
Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly stated in this Limited Warranty, SIWEEP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of production
- Loss of business revenue
- Loss of profits
- Equipment downtime
- Damage to products cleaned using the equipment
SIWEEP’s maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
