Immersible Ultrasonic Transducer Plates

Immersible Ultrasonic Transducer Plates are designed for industrial ultrasonic cleaning tanks and custom cleaning systems. SIWEEP offers immersible transducer plates in multiple frequencies and configurations, providing a flexible way to add or upgrade ultrasonic cleaning capability in existing tanks.

These ultrasonic transducer plates are installed directly in the cleaning solution or mounted inside a suitable tank configuration. When connected to an ultrasonic generator, they convert electrical energy into ultrasonic vibration, creating cavitation that helps remove oil, grease, dirt, particles, and other contaminants from immersed parts and components.

SIWEEP Ultrasonic Transducer Plates can be matched with different ultrasonic generators and tank designs according to cleaning requirements. They are suitable for industrial parts cleaning, component cleaning, custom ultrasonic cleaning equipment, and applications where an existing tank needs additional ultrasonic cleaning power.
